Currently VP & GM of DSL Extreme & DNAmail, with over 7 years of experience in management, Telecom, IP services and customer service. I specialize in leading service based recurring revenue businesses that offer both retail and wholesale access and IP services. I joined IKANO in March of 2006 as part of the acquisition of DSL Extreme that I helped grow to being the largest independent Internet Service Provider based in California and both AT&T and Verizon’s second largest wholesale DSL provider. I currently lead a 80 person operation located in Los Angeles focused on using technology to automate systems to reduce costs, improve efficiency and overall customer service. I have also helped to innovate unique marketing relationships with personalities like Leo Leporte of TWiT and Jason Calacanis of TWIST. I currently lead strategy elements for DSL Extreme and DNAmail assisting small businesses to “compute in the cloud” using Microsoft Exchange and Google Apps services. I earned Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University with an emphasis in Operations and Management Information Systems.
